CCS/TMS320F28069: Motor can't handle relatively low accelerations

Part Number: TMS320F28069

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

hi,

I'm setting my control parameters with instaspin lab 5b.

so i'm giving a setpoint step. no matter how high the setpoint is, if the max acceleration is higher than 80 rpmps, the motor jerks slowly forwards and backwards and the power supply starts making some noise (and the target speed is never reached).

i know that the motor can handle higher accelerations and the current or voltage limit are not reached.

so can the control parameters be so wrong that it causes the issue? or have you got another idea?

thanks in advance!
