     For rts2800_pll.lib May I get a  user guide ,API  or other  documentations?

    Unfortunately, I have never seen the library name rts2800_pll.lib.  The runtime support (RTS) libraries supplied with the C28x C/C++ compiler are named rts2800_fpu32.lib, rts2800_ml.lib, and other similar variants.  So, they might be related.  The compiler RTS libraries are documented in the C28x compiler manual.
