I was unable to locate the official land pattern for this package. I submitted a request to generate it, but it will take some time. In the mean time I will look for a similar land pattern that you can you can use as a reference - hopefully will be sending it your way tomorrow.

Here is a link to a datasheet to another device to access a land pattern for a 100-pin PZP device (see page 211). You can use it as a reference for your PN-80 part. All dimensions should be the same except for number of pins. This is the best workaround I can think of while we are waiting for the PN80 land pattern to be generated and included into the datasheet of your device.
