TMS320F28069M: not able to install ccs8.3 into windows8

Part Number: TMS320F28069M

It generates errors continusouly while registering the target and not able to install the ccs.

Please help me, I have tried to install it more than 4/5 times . I am using offline installer

I am getting this note after installation:

An internal error occurred during: "CrashTrackerJob".
Could not initialize class com.ti.utility.filesystem.DirectoryService$SingletonHolder

before I could copy that installation log is showed CCS installed window and now it giving error as Texas Instruments Inc.XDS100 Ver 2.0 drive is not installed properly.

There are many different issues being discussed. Let us first start with the installation logs to see if CCS installed correctly.
