Hi team,

Recently my customer has a new need of Ture RMS to DC conversion chip. Main spec is +-1V input, 10-20uS response time. I wonder if we can use a C2000 digital solution.

Which device I should pick if I want to achieve 10uS response time? For example, 100kHz frequency, 20 points per period.

Please clarify the signal spec.

What type of signal is this?
We have example code for Sine Analyzer module that takes rectified Sine-wave signal and measures RMS, frequency and DC value.

Is this signal has a frequency of 100kHz?

Did you mean you want to take 20 points of this 100kHz signal to calculate RMS and DC value?

Hi Shamim,

The input signal is a 100KHz sinwave.

Yes, I think we need at least 10-20 points of this 100kHz signal to calculate RMS and DC value accurately.
