Hello,

I developped a bootloader for my application, both work fine, but I don't know how to jump from the bootloader to the application. I looked into other forums here in the community but It didn't help me that much.

If there are assembly instructions to add in the C code, can you tell me how to avoid the compiler going crazy with the error " invalid mnemonic specification"? is there a special configuration in the assmeber options?

Hello

You can use ((void (*)(void))EntryAddr)(); where EntryAddr = 0x80000 or wherever you want to go.
You can also look at what we do in our flash kernel and boot code. Find them in C2000Ware

Hello again,
I could test the solution you suggested but it doesn't work , I tried to use the ((void (*)(void))EntryAddr)() but it didn't jump to the address, and it goes to asm ("ESTOP0"); (illegal isr) , is there something else I should do besides the pointer to function? Thank you

Is there valid instructions where you are branching? This is the primary way we use to jump to different addresses.

As you said, I had a mistake while writing data into memory. I could see it while comparing the written data with the binary file, thank you for your help.
