TMS320F28377S: [FAQ] Virtual Com Port driver file (usbser.sys) issue in Windows 7/8

Part Number: TMS320F28377S
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

When using the Virtual Com Port to open and close the communication port, there is a problem that the port disappears under certain conditions.
Uses usbser.sys in the inf file used to install the device.
When I can't connect to the communication port, port is on the device manager list, But it disappears under the path below.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ HARDWARE \ DEVICEMAP \ SERIALCOMM
The device name is the same as \ Device \ usbser001.

This issue has been fixed in Windows 10.
usbser.sys It seems to be able to fix the updated file or the inf file. How can I fix it in Windows 7/8?
