I have a question about "Clarke" transform macro (CLARKE_MACRO). Does it really necessary that the inputs to the Clarke macro should be per unit values? What happens if they become greater than 1 ?

It is basically user's choice. In our example, we followed per unit approach and followed it all the way through..

I asked so because it is mentioned in "DMC math V13.1" document of TI that:
"The software module requires that both input and output variables are in per unit values."

So you are saying that it DOES work even if the inputs are not in p.u. ?
Am I right?

If you want to know whether the library can support in non-pu, yes, it will.
However, the impact of doing pu vs actual is seen by how the PI coefficients are designed. One can not randomly chose to deal some blocks in pu and others in actual. Hope it clarifies.

Yes I know the effect of p.u. values and non-p.u. values in the control system!
I just want to know if this macro code still works with non-p.u inputs.
