Hi, I have just bought a LAUNCHXL-F28027F form TI.

Once I connected the board through USB and debugged an example project of  MotorWare. Everything was OK and I disconnected the board

After a while and for the second time of debugging of another example project, I couldn't even connect the board through the USB connection and Windows shows "USB device not recognized" and I see this message  below Device Status section in Device Manager window:

" Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed. "

I already did all of the instruction of below address which I found by searching the issue, but it didn't work:
