I bought a piece of TMDXDOCK280049M on the TI store before, but now the information of TMDXDOCK280049M can't be found on the official website, can you provide the link of relevant information?May I ask what type of MCU this TMDXDOCK280049M uses?F280049M?

The device models on TI store are F280049C,F280049P,and F280049R, but there is no F280049M. Has F280049M been stopped or changed its name?

That was a preproduction EVM that was replaced over a year ago by the production version TMDSCNCD280049C (you can but the TMDSDOCK280049C as a bundle). The M version is not available in production. The TMS320F280049C is the superset version of F28004x series.
