I presume you are referring to PCB layout. There is no guide specific to 2803x. However, layout guidelines are pretty standard for any mixed-signal device, irrespective of device manufacturer. Devices operating in the GHz realm come with their own unique (and more stringent) requirements, but Piccolo falls into sub-100 and low 100 MHz realm.
