TMS320F28030: TMS320F28030 Low temperature start-up problem

Part Number: TMS320F28030

Dear TI :

Our customer uesd TMS320F28030 in Stepper motor driver product.

When the temperature is below minus 20 degrees, the TMS320F28030 cannot start up, but the spec support -40 to 125.

Is that ok for this issue? How can we solve this problem? thanks!

May you have more information about this question? Is the MCU not start-up when low temperature? Or the motor can't startup but MCU can execute the code normally? Thanks.
