When the customer USES TMS320F28069, he finds that the reset waveform of TMS29069 is abnormal (as shown in the figure). Reset every certain time will fall down, but the 3.3v power supply is very stable. thank you

It appears the part is erased and the WD is timing out. So, not sure why customer considers this “abnormal”. Is it because the waveform is not "clean"? That is, is customer concerned about the noise in the -XRS pin waveform?

Has customer looked at the noise on the supply line itself (VDDIO)? If not, please have them check that (make sure oscilloscope is in AC coupling and the vertical scale is in the vicinity of 100 mV). If the scope shows noise on the supply line, customer needs to address that by proper filtering.
