LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Modbus Communication

Hello,

From last few days, I was trying to implement the Modbus RTU using this launchpad. I want F28069M as a master and my MFM meter as a slave. I have refer the Bruno's post and modified the code for F28069M,

but that code is not working. It is not giving any compiler errors but after debug it is showing the error:

It shows the same error for master as well as slave code. I have also tried debugging by inserting break points, but that doesn't worked.

Please tell me, from where I should start in order to design f28069M as a modbus master. I request you to provide some platform.

I have tested my MFM Meter on modbus (PC as a master and meter as a slave), that is working fine.

Kindly help for F28069M.

The C2000 team has not done much with MODBUS, but please reference the following thread for more details:

e2e.ti.com/.../518629

As for the address 0x3ff4fa, this is located in the boot ROM. Did you set the emulation boot mode keys?

Thank you Ken! The problem was, my device got reset every time. I have created the project again in CCS included respective files and now it runs fine.
