I am a developer of MCU, recent days ,I am using 28035 serial MCU for UL1998 Standard certification.The following are some microelectronic fault check:
1.CPU Check, To confirm PC/SP and other special register works normally
2、RAM check, to complete read and write all address of ram to make sure ram works fine
3、FLASH check, to confirm there is no unnormal rectification in flash range of code
