TMS320F28069: UART(SCI) NRZ format

Hi Guys,

I am using a SIEMENS SDI TAPAS COMMUNITY INVERTER for my project work. I would like to get answers for the following:

1) SCI uses NRZ format. Is it Unipolar oR Bipolar?

2) I would like to use a UART to USB converter for my board. In that case, should I use TTL based UART to USB converter or RS232 based UART to USB converter?
