Dears,

We found the TMS320F28027PTT is shorted the 3.3v, Could you help advise why it is short the 3.3v ?  Thanks!

    Please clarify what you mean by “shorted the 3.3v”.

    • Are you saying the supply pin (VDDIO) is shorted to GND?
    • Or are you saying some pin(s) are shorted to VDDIO?
    • How was the short determined?

    In any case, this is likely the result of Electrical Over Stress (EOS) or Electro Static Discharge (ESD)
