TMS320F280049: Datasheet. In the pin attributes table 4.1, the pin 12 (64pin package) is repeated twice. Error or sum of functions?

On page 16, last line of the table we find C0,.... pin 12 (64 pin package).

Next page, 4 lines before end, PGA1_IN,.... pin 12 (same package).

Have I to add all these funcitons to pin 12 or is it an error?
