Could someone explain to me this sentence please:

If this bit does not get set then the inductor was not detected on the VSW pin.

For what inductor stands for ?

    Hi S.Tarik,

    The DC-DC requires external components to function correctly. These external components include inductors and input/output capacitors. There is information about this in the datasheet. If you don't install an external inductor or if it's not correctly connected, the internal logic of the DC-DC will detect this and the DC-DC will not turn on.
