TMS320F28377D: SPI Tx FIFO

Hi there,

Is there any possibility of clocking out a number of bytes greater than 16 (the length of the tx spi fifo on the TMS320F28377D) in a single SPI transaction? How might I go about doing this?

Yes, it is possible. If you keep filling SPI TX FIFO buffer and don't allow it to become empty, you will be able to achieve what you want. You can either use SPI TX FIFO interrupt for CPU to fill the TX FIFO (or) have DMA fill the TX FIFO buffer.
