hello , 

One of my customer is using TMS320F28374S in their application . 

The application is related to Railways battery charger . need your help for below 2 queries :

1) Is the AEC-Q qualified version available for this MCU . ? preference in 100 pin version . no part number reference in datasheet . 

2) Is the Phase shifting between PWM channels available internally . 

for reference attaching the picture of the requirement ..

    A1)The closest in specification Q rated device in this family to would be the TMS320F28375SPZPQ. The only difference is that there is 1MB of flash vs the 512kB on the 374S.
    A2)Yes, the PWMs can be sync'd to the same time base and then it is a matter of changing the switching events inside the compare subsystem to acheive what phase shift is needed.
    The example in C2000Ware should be a good start C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_06_00\device_support\f2837xs\examples\cpu1\epwm_updown_aq

    thanks Matthew For the quick response . 

    i have forwarded the same to customer & will revert back you . 

    for MCU , the suggested device TMS320F28375SPZPQ is 100 pins & what i recently got from customer is that , the application needs more GPIO's so need to go for a higher pin count so planning to use TMS320F28335PTPQ part . 

    please let me know your thought on the same .

    Hi Mandar,

    If the customer is already using F28375S then moving to F28377S will require the least work to get to PTP package + Q qualification.

    F28335 is also a great part, and may be a good choice if the customer doesn't have too much development already done on F28375S.
