Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am not able to establish communication with the TMS320F280049C.

The CCS Version  used is CCS 7.2.0

Debug Probe used in my application is XDS100V2 USB Debug Probe.

The micro controller is failing the Integrity Scan Test, the TX and RX leds are not glowing as well.

    Please take a look at the UG for the control CARD. www.ti.com/.../spruic4

    If the LEDs are not lit I suspect that the MCU power is not present. Note that most C2000 controlCARDs implement an isolated JTAG, to protect the emulator/PC from any events in the control system. Because of this the USB connection only provides power to the XDS100v2, and not the main board. The main board power comes independently from the docking station, which will need its own USB connection(power only) or 5V barrel connection.
