Hi, 

Has TI finalized the date on release of Motor SDK for F28004x controllers? I am waiting for it and I would like to know if there is a possibility to get the beta version. 

Also, will the code structure in Motor SDK be similar to Motorware?

    The MotorControl SDK should be available next week. I'll give you a link to the page where you can check for it:

    It will be fairly similar to MotorWare--it will contain InstaSPIN labs and a lab guide to walk you through motor parameter identification, torque control, speed control, flying startup, etc... The labs will still use a very similar HAL structure, although the HAL itself will be implemented using the F28004x DriverLib that's available in C2000Ware which is a more complete set of drivers than the old MotorWare ones which should make it easier to add functionality to the labs.

    Thanks for answering. I will wait for it to be released. 

    Unfortunately, I do not see the DRV8301kit support on the MotorControl SDK site that you shared. Can you let me know what would be the way to go forward. I have already purchased the DRV8301 kit as well as the 180pin to 100pin adapter and TMS320F280049C control card. Please let me know what would be the best way to move ahead with the development.

    I see that TI has released Motor Control SDK. It would be great if you can let me know how to configure the DRV8301 kit.
