V and f control are provided as a test code in LEVEL2 build of various projects available in controsuite from us. I suggest you to review the example project here

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.1\HVACI_Scalar.

Here, the LEVEL2 code is V and f control, whereas the LEVEL3 is V/f control. Hope it helps.
