TMS320F28375S: TMS320F28375S power sequence

Part Number: TMS320F28375S

Hi team,

In the below sentence, it said that  power the VDD pins prior to or simultaneously with the VDDIO pins, ensuring that the VDD pins have reached 0.7 V before the VDDIO pins reach 0.7. That id say the the Core voltage supply should ramp faster than the Digital I/O and Analog 3.3 V supplies. Is it right?

My customer is using TMS320F28375S as the controller, they want to double check if they can use one buck controller to generate 3.3V voltage first and then use an LDO to generate 1.2V voltage for the core from 3.3V. Could you kindly comment on this? Thanks a lot.
