Unfortunately theta JC TOP is not listed in the datasheet.

Annemarie,

I believe the theta JC listed is for theta JC TOP. The definition of these parameters as listed in the datasheet are explained in more detail in this app note:

I hope this helps, we don't have any additional thermal information beyond what is listed in this table.
