TMS320F28062: JTAG debug probe can't connect to target board

Hi,

There are about 20% failure rate for our JTAG programming to the target board. It can work good if we replace the failure chip by a new chip(TMS320F28062).

The fault code is error-233. Would you please give your advice for us? thanks a lot.

Although you use the word "programming", I presume your real issue is not being able to connect to the target via JTAG and has nothing to do with flash programming. Please clarify.

Are these brand new chips?

Yes ,you are right, We can't connect to the target board via JTAG. And these brand are new chips. thanks.
