TMS320F28069: F28069 USING PROBLEM

Hi ,

one of my customer met the F28069 using problem, and the problems show as below:

they can not download the program when using the serial port. GPIO37 was set to Low and GPIO34 was to high,and TRST is configured as low level. The chip will be re-energized and reset before downloading.

The serial port downloading tool is USB to TTL, the power supply voltage is 3.3V, and the software is C2prog.

What is your target? Is it a LaunchPad, controlCARD, or a custom board?
Are you using a debugger?
Are you trying to use the SCI bootloader?

How have you connected your hardware the PC?

You may also want to check to see if the SCI's connection is made to the right GPIO pins. (GPIO28 & GPIO29)

The GPIO pins, where the C2000 expects the SCI interface to be, are described in the Boot ROM section of the F2806x TRM.
