TMS320F28069: HRPWM

I read in the datasheet that only 8 out of 16 channels( only ePWMxAs ) are hrpwm capable. Can I still use the B channels to generate the complementary signals to drive half-bridge transistors. If yes, then in a sense the B channels become hrpwm capable too (since both A and B have the same resolution now). Please clarify and point out if I am missing something here.
