Fix the project in sector A to guide the incoming SCI APP.So how does the APP generate (CMD file) so that it's in sector B,C,D.This ensures that when the chip is started, it will drive from sector A and run the BOOT program. When the program is not upgraded, it will jump to the APP.(bootload come form project f28027_flash_kernel).
