The setup time (1LSB) should be corrected to the settling time (1LSB).
In addition, We have another question. What is the update rate of DAC in comparator?

We need to use the COMPDAC to generate ramp waveform up to 75KHz~200kHz. As you say, a 2us delay is recommend every time DACVAL changed, so there are just 5 points to generate a 200kHz ramp waveform.
According to this, we want to know the settling time(1LSB) in COMPDAC to make sure how much points can properly generate a 200kHz ramp waveform.

The COMPDAC's full-scale settling time is 1us not 2us as mentioned in the prior post. The COMPDAC is faster to settle than the GPDAC because it doesn't have a buffer on it's output. We don't specify 1LSB step size settling time so i can't give you an official number. Will the ramp generator not work for your application?
