TMS320F28379D: Does AQ shadow register still get loaded at CTR = 0?

Hi Champs,

In F28035, we met a HRPWM lost problem which is caused by the AQ register only get loaded at CTR=0. And the original post is here:

So I am writing to ask whether this problem is fixed on type 4 PWM(F2837x F2807x and F28004x)? I need a verified answer to help my customer get rid of the problem from the beginning.

Brian,
I don't think I would call this a "problem" so much as a "known limitation". This is how it works for all of the Type-4 PWM devices.

If the behavior is changed in a future device we make it clear in the documentation.
