CCS/TMS320F28069M: How to induce CAN communication errors

One (easy) way to generate errors is to deliberately mismatch the bit-rate between nodes. You could also short the bus wires to supply, GND or together. Some CAN bus analyzers have the ability to send error frames on the bus. What protocol error gets generated (bit error, form, error, stuff error, CRC error etc) depends on exactly where the error is introduced. The errors thus introduced would increment the error counters leading to Error passive condition first and then eventually Bus-off.

Will you please tell me how to get into bus active mode after bus off.

By clearing the CCR bit or by waiting for 128 x 11-bit recessive times. Please refer to the CAN chapter in the TRM. It is clearly explained.

Another is I want to forcefully do node off, what should I do?

I presume you are referring to bus-off. I already explained in my previous post how to achieve this
