TMS320F280049: how to better use the two flash banks?

It is said that the 2 flash banks in F28004x can be used to support live firmware update. Do you have further explanation/documents to show how to use this feature? The customer want to know more about this. Thank you!

Please take a look at the live firmware upgrade example in latest C2000Ware package at c2000\C2000Ware_x_xx_xx_xx\driverlib\f28004x\examples\flash\flashapi_ex3_live_firmware_update.c.
