Dear team,
We are using 28375s, 100 pin controller on solar inverter application and our device is getting reset at inverter full power. In our board we have routed 1.2V supply such that the trace is almost 25 mm(supply and ground traces together from controller pins) away from the decoupling capacitors. What we have observed is 100usec low pulse on the reset pin. What might be the reason.
Naveen,
the fact that you are seeing a 100 us low pulse on XRSn is interesting.
Tw(RSL1) is 100 us. This is the duration that XRS is driven low by the device after power supplies are stable. Were your power supplies or ground fluctuating?

Cody
Naveen,
this appears to being handled by a colleague of yours in another thread. If this is true please comment there.
If I am incorrect we can continue the discussion here.
