    Please refrain from opening a thread until you have a specific question. We'll definitely be here ready and happy to help as soon as you encounter a specific technical roadblock.

    We have tools and processes in place to ensure that customer queries are quickly addressed. Keeping a thread open without an underlying specific question actually creates significant difficulty for us since we don't have any way to move the thread forward towards resolution.
