Hi, I would like to clarify why the C2000 delfino family are defined as MCU instead DSP. Thanks.

    It's simply for marketing reasons. More customers are open to the idea of an MCU, less to a DSP.

    Of course, even general MCUs today often have DSP instructions or DSP-like architectures. The distinction in this class of product isn't so easy to identify.
