TMS320F280041C: unused AIO connect to ground directly

Dear champions，

One of my customers let the unused AIOs of F280041CPZS grounded directly. I saw you don't recommend this usage in previous Piccolo devices.

but i did not find similar warnings in F28004X datasheet or TRM. Is it also same in F28004X?

Once power-up，the chip become very hot before being programmed. do you know what problems may happen?

The AIOs of F28004x can be grounded. The newer devices removed that requirement. Other reasons must be causing the MCU to heat up. Things to check for are,

Power pins
Recommended operating conditions
The amount of current sinking or sourcing from the pins.

I will ask again about the AIO and if I had a different finding than the one mentioned here, I will post it.
