CCS/TMS320F28375S: No target configuration for TMS320F28375S at code composer

Hello,

I need to program a new card that has TMS320F28375S MCU.

I found proper examples for that MCU at CodeComposer and at ControlSUITE.

But as I see at CodeComposer the target config for these is TMS320F28377D.

When I come to change the target config at the 'Board or Device' no option TMS320F28375S.

How can I get it?

Ron,

What version of Code Composer Studio are you using. I checked my CCSv8.0.0 and 9.0.1 installations and I see support for F28375S.

There is also the newer C2000Ware product for C2000 devices (vs controlSUITE). If you have a newer Code Composer Studio installed you can actually access C2000Ware from within Resource Explorer inside Code Composer Studio.

You will need to use a newer version of CCS. CCSv6.0.0 didn't have support for that device. I would recommend installing 9.0.1.

I tried with CCS 8 and it does working.

In addition, tried with another computer with CCS 6.1.1.00022 and it works there also.
