I want to ensure that the connectors are aligned for the board I am working on.

The Gerber files are included in the C2000Ware that you can download from TI. Here is the location of these files : C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_06_00\boards\LaunchPads\LAUNCHXL_F280049C\MCU025A\gerber files
