TMS320F28034: How to program C2000 automatically on production line

Hi

My customer want to design a software system to program C2000 automatically on production line. 

To read and select .out file and programming it without manual operation. Currently, it's manual operation, programming it via SCI.

Is there any document about this? We don't know how to identify .out file and program it.     Unfortunately we don't have any document (or) example code which does what customer is wanting to do. I would expect this would require you do develop some sort of scripting project (using python (or) perl) which identifies a right .out file from its name and then invoke flash programming tool to program it.
