Dear sir,

Working on Ac induction motor ,

imported code from ti library C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v2.1\HVACI_Sensorless

running various Build wise Levels and testing our motor.

in build4 Level theta is generating but as per reference document rgout and theta has to match up to the mark.graphs of rgout and theta as shown below ,

But in this graphs theta is leading some Phase shift and rgout is lagging ,

there is something worng in plant , but going to next level of Build5 level connecting fe1theta to park angle motor unable to run , getting stuck in this situation

And in ACI_FE (macro) is for flux estimator module .outputs of ACI_FE macro

PsiQrs,PsiDrs,theta ,so, please obsever below graphs.

in this graphs PsiDs is Leading than PsiQrs .

this is the probelm phasing to run the motor inbuild5 ,

Please hopeing from good suggestion to slove and run motor in build5 and build6

I wonder if there is a 180 deg phase shift in the result. Can you check the results leading to this? The engineers that developed this are not around anymore and therefore there will be limited support for this one. Thanks.

Dear sir,

We have very confident on Ti and we have Developed Hardware PCB for this Application as per our customer requirement and we got stuck up at this issue and we have to complete the task without fail. We can't go back with our present situation.

We have commited to our customer ,hence request your support on this highly appreciated.
if possible share the email id ,who are worked on this motor control.

If you were able to figure out and move on, let us know. We are checking to see if someone could help answer this post, though am not positive. There are other literatures available that you could try. Anyways, let us know where you are on this. Sorry that we could not help so far.
