Hi,

I've submitted the request for software download for TIDA-00951 three times, and can't get any ideas from the TI web system. Could I get the software from other appropriate approach or just wait for further feedback?

Hi Harvey,

Please check for any mail from TI regarding this, including junk mail folders. Generally you will get a mail with a download link. You may also contact anyone from our sales team to contact the design team. Software cannot be shared through E2E.

Thanks for your reply Salil! However, yet getting any e-mail regarding the download from TI. I am sure my outlook mail box is in good condition.

We also checked and found that there is a problem with the tool request page. We will get this corrected.
