TMS320F280049: Specs for an AIO in F280049

Hi expert,

I didn't find too much information on AIO. Does it have same voltage level characteristic as GPIO when doing input?

What's the maxima input signal frequency on these AIOs?

BTW, I'd like to get any block diagram for this part.

    Hi Sheldon,

    Yes, the AIOs have identical input levels, except referenced to VDDA and VSSA instead of VDDIO and VSS.

    Max input frequency is the same as the digital IO pins, but you'd want to be cautious about using these for a high-frequency input signal if you are also using the analog peripherals on other analog pins.

    I don't think we have any block diagrams other than "Functional Block Diagram" in the datasheet.
