TMS320F28069: lab 12b with encoder

What is the easiest way to reverse the direction of motor in lab12b ? we put negative speed commands but it didnt work. Actually it either doesnt start spinning or spins counter clockwise.Any ideas?

    Did you run lab02b/c to identify the motor parameters, and lab12a to identify the motor inertia first? Did the motor run well if you set a positive target speed? If yes, you only need to set a negative target speed to implement reverse rotation. If no, please make sure that lab02b and lab12a have been done first.
