TMS320LF2406A: Flash error in factory

Hi Champs,

>Some details to post are: Which link on this page is customer needing more information for JTAG, RS232, API, etc.?  What is the error?  Is this production >programming or field returns?  The RS232 does have a download available for sprc074, is this the tool used?: 

Customer created 10 boards. 1 board occurred flash error.

Customer is using sprc074 tool.

Error phenomenon is bellow

Exexcute this command and flash file.
