I have factory customer used TMS320LF2401A, we know it is NRND part, but their project have been MP, they need one programming code.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by the above. If customer needs a programming solution, they could use the flash plugin in CCS3.3. Else, there are a few 3rd party solutions available.
