TMS320F28379D: How to generate pulses for three level converter

Hi,

I need to generate pulses for NPC control, which has two carriers and a reference waveform as shown. How can it be done DSP? Please share your thoughts

Hridya,

This is an analog view of how PWM can be generated.

For digital controllers, you take the information of which half of the sine wave you are in, i.e. positive or negative half and change the PWM modulation accordingly.

We have some designs like the T level inverter that implement a similar PWM scheme

That document was not helpful. THat one talks about the hardware design and not anything on control code.

The reason i pointed you to the above was it has the link to request the code,

You will have to go through the code on your own. As we do not have documentation for it yet.

It does give you an example of how to implement it on C2000.
