Hi everybody ,

I m using uniflash and trying to porgram a SRecord file to the device : it is not working .

I mean , I have part of the code running a check on memory and MCU starts it launches M3 ( correctly ) but the self test fails .

using exactly same Srecord file with Lauterbach emulator and tools everything is working perfectly .

where am I wrong ? what shoudl I double check ?

fyi after many test one micro is now locked no more able to reply to uniflah or lauterbach at all

any idea is welcome

Did you get any error when programming with UniFlash? If yes, what is it?

What version of UniFlash are you using? Hope it is the latest UniFlashV5.0.

Did you try to compare the Flash dump between UniFlash programmed device and the Lauterbach programmed device? Is there any difference?

Regarding the locked unit: What do you mean by no reply? Are you able to connect to the debugger? Did you program any DCSM settings in the Flash? Please check and let us know.

Hi Vamsi ,

I m on latest Uniflash and using XDS200 . I sent you error message of the "blocked" device offline .

any suggestion is welcome

Regarding not able to connect to the device: Are you able to connect to the device using latest CCS fine? Please check and let me know. Don't forget to check for updates in CCS and install any emulation package updates.

Regarding the SRecord: Did you try to compare the Flash dump between UniFlash programmed device and the Lauterbach programmed device? Is there any difference?

Another question: Do you program any security settings as part of your flash image?

I have an issue in lab and broke emulator .

I ll get a new one next monday and run tests , giving you updates
