Compiler/TMS320F28069M: Saving Data into the EEPROM

I made my own PCB based on the ControlStick F28069, There is the Schematic in ControlSuite development kits.

I have an application where the customer has to calibrate the instrument, so I was thinking I could use the 93LC46B EEPROM to store or save the data there, Also I was thinking I could save the data into the flash sector of the F28069. 

How can I do this?

How can I  save data into the eeprom or flash sector, coming from the customer?
